Tim is a senior executive leader with 30+ years of experience leading sales, customer success, and business and technology consulting teams. As CEO, Tim drives Lemongrass's leadership in our mission to help our clients modernize and transform their SAP environments on Cloud. Previously, as Chief Customer Officer, he led global sales, customer strategy, and programs to enhance customer satisfaction, acquisition, and retention, while executing both tactical and strategic initiatives to meet growth and satisfaction goals. Prior to Lemongrass, Tim was with VMware where he focused on growing their Global Accounts and Telecommunications business in North America. Before that, he was with Virtustream running their Software and Cloud Service Provider businesses, DXC running their financial services Cloud business in North America and Visa where he drove their Cloud transformation initiative and move to a DevOps operating model. Before that, Tim was with EMC Consulting where he ran their North European business for 15 years.
