The Lemongrass Culture Committee strives to enact positive change in the world. We empower our employees to have a greater impact on their local communities through volunteering and giving. Our employee-driven social responsibility programs provide time and funding support to nonprofit organizations around the world.

Global
Global Fund for Children: Lemongrass partners with Global Fund for Children and their community-based organizations around the world to peruse a shared vision of securing a safe, vibrant, and equitable future for all young children and young people.
Ronald McDonald House: Provides necessary living and meal assistance to allow families to focus on the medical care of their child. Lemongrass partners with houses in the US, UK, South Africa, Malaysia, and Australia.
North America
kidsPACK: Through its partnership with kidsPACK, Lemongrass is committed to ensuring no child goes hungry by providing nutritious weekend food backpacks to children who lack access to subsidized school meals.
Pockets of Hope: Lemongrass partners with Pockets of Hope to support women recovering from mastectomy surgery by providing thoughtfully designed sweatshirts that offer comfort and care.
Military Children’s Charity: Lemongrass collaborates with Military Children’s Charity to assist families through deployments and relocations by delivering essential services for children, including educational initiatives and bereavement support.

Baby Box Project: Lemongrass collaborates with the Baby Box Project to support mothers in need by supplying essential baby items.
Momentum Children’s Charity: Through its partnership with Momentum, Lemongrass supports families of seriously ill children in the UK, helping them move forward during challenging times.
Treloar’s: Lemongrass supports Treloar’s, which empowers physically disabled young people through education, therapy, and care, by providing replacement hoists that ensure students with complex disabilities can move safely within classrooms, learning spaces, and residential houses.
JBay Surf Alliance: Lemongrass collaborates with JBay Surf Alliance to advance conservation efforts dedicated to the protection and care of coastal environments.
House of Kindness: Lemongrass supports House of Kindness, a compassionate refuge for children in need, by providing essential items that help create a stable and caring environment.

Food For Hungry Minds: Through its partnership with Food For Hungry Minds, Lemongrass helps ensure that disadvantaged children have the opportunity to receive a quality education.
The Smith Family: Lemongrass supports The Smith Family by sponsoring a child and providing essential learning resources such as books, uniforms, and stationery, helping young Australians overcome the challenges of poverty.
WeTheChange: Lemongrass partners with WeTheChange to provide much-needed hygiene products, supporting the organization’s mission to educate and create awareness around women’s health.
Rasoi on Wheels: Lemongrass collaborates with Rasoi on Wheels to support their mission of delivering meals to vulnerable communities in India.
Smile Foundation: Lemongrass helps the Smile Foundation improve the lives of children and families across India by supporting programs in education, healthcare, livelihood, and women’s empowerment.
