EDISON, N.J. — Lemongrass, an SAP-focused services and software company, announced today that Tripp Ford has joined the company as head of North America Sales, overseeing the services and software portfolios for the region. He will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Tripp joins Lemongrass after eight years at SAP, where he most recently led the professional services organization for the southeastern United States, a key region for SAP North America that includes some of SAP’s largest global customers.
Earlier, Tripp served as director of the independent software vendor (ISV) channel, where he developed and led the strategy for SAP’s software partner solutions business. His responsibilities included supporting revenue growth across SAP’s partner software channels. Before that, Tripp held several roles across SAP’s Sales organization. He began in the Platform and Technology group, now SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and later managed strategic customers in the U.S. South. He also led customer decisions related to SAP S/4HANA transformations.

In his new role, Tripp will lead Lemongrass’s North American sales strategy as the company supports clients modernizing SAP environments, migrating to SAP S/4HANA and improving operations through business process transformation and AI.
