Sandy is a technology leader and business strategist with extensive experience executing on IT vision and business solutions that drive organizational transformations. He is responsible for daily operations. Prior to Lemongrass, Sandy spent over 13 years at Capgemini including, most recently, as EVP and Global Head of Operations Domain responsible for designing and implementing Global Industrialization standards for Production Centers, Automation and Operations. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Capgemini’s Infrastructure Services Americas Business Units overseeing operational control, P&L management, and business development. Before Capgemini, Sandy was with ACS, now part of Xerox, as their Vice President of SAP Hosting.
