A trusted Human Resources executive with 20+ years of experience, Carolyn is responsible for all aspects of Lemongrass’s Human Resources, Recruiting and Corporate Engagement functions. During her career, Carolyn has led the strategic development and management of global human resource teams for both private startups and large public Fortune 500 firms. Before Lemongrass, Carolyn was Head of Human Resources at Octo Consulting Group where she built and automated HR processes, created onboarding and care programs, supported enhanced employee engagement, and was a critical leader in M&A activities. Prior to that, Carolyn was Global Vice President of Human Resources for Virtustream where she defined recruiting strategies, implemented HR systems and tools, led Culture and engagement programs, created HR policies and best practices, built a strong global talent acquisition team and was instrumental in the organization’s scale both through organic growth and M&A initiatives.
