Mike is a senior executive leader passionate about building high growth technology services organizations focused on delivering innovative solutions with measurable business outcomes to global enterprises. Prior to Lemongrass, Mike spent 10 years at Accenture including, most recently as Managing Director for Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure for the Communications, Media & High-Tech operating unit in North America. Before Accenture, Mike was the first Chief Operating Officer at Virtustream, a leading enterprise class Cloud company which sold to EMC for $1.2B. Prior to that, Mike was a co-founder of Adjoined Consulting, a US-based management consulting, technology and outsourcing firm, where he led the North America Hosting Business Unit. Adjoined was acquired by Kanbay in 2006 and subsequently acquired by Capgemini in 2007.

Sandy is a technology leader and business strategist with over 25 years of experience executing on IT vision and business solutions that drive organizational transformations. At Lemongrass, he leads the Global Solutions, Delivery and Sales functions. Prior to Lemongrass, Sandy spent over 13 years at Capgemini including, most recently, as EVP and Global Head of Operations Domain responsible for designing and implementing Global Industrialization standards for Production Centers, Automation and Operations. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Capgemini’s Infrastructure Services Americas Business Units overseeing operational control, P&L management, and business development. Before Capgemini, Sandy was with ACS, now part of Xerox, as their Vice President of SAP Hosting.

Mike is a results-oriented executive known in the technology industry for his ability to repeatedly create and deliver significant shareholder value and provide pragmatic solutions to complex business issues. Prior to joining Lemongrass, Mike was the COO for Blue Lagoon, a venture capital firm that develops, advises, and invests in disruptive technology startups and next-generation technology companies. Mike has also previously served as CFO in other private and public companies, including Virtustream, a leading enterprise class Cloud company, and Aspect Software (and its predecessor companies), a leading unified communications company.

Eamonn is the co-Founder of Lemongrass and EVP for the Americas region. With over 27 years of experience in the SAP arena, Eamonn brings a strong mix of Technical and Business leadership to the team. Prior to founding Lemongrass, Eamonn founded and sold an SAP SI in Ireland called EPC, which was Ireland’s largest SAP-dedicated services business. After founding Lemongrass in 2008, Eamonn pioneered the SAP on AWS line of business, which quickly became the only service Lemongrass offered. Eamonn engaged Columbia Capital for the first round of investment into Lemongrass in 2017 and has been leading the Americas region since 2018.

Mark has over 25 years of SAP experience and is responsible for the daily operations of Lemongrass’s EMEA business. Before joining Lemongrass, Mark held several roles at AXON and HCL, a next-generation global technology company, that acquired AXON in 2011. While with AXON, he founded and led their Basis, Managed Service and Public Sector businesses. He also led AXON’s SAP EMEA business. Mark began his SAP consulting career as a Senior Consultant for Accenture.

Jason is a customer-obsessed specialist in SAP on AWS with over 25+ years of experience. At Lemongrass, he is responsible for advancing the company’s strategic objectives and managing the Sales and Delivery functions that drive the success and growth of our APAC region. Before joining Lemongrass, Jason was a General Manager and Sales Director for SAP where he drove sales consistency and helped organizations transition to SAP S4. Prior to that, Jason was a General Manager for Sales & Marketing at NTT DATA Business Solutions growing a very successful reseller, consulting and managed service business over his 10 years in a number of executive and key leadership roles.

Vince has 30+ years of experience in IT and deep expertise in enterprise software and architecture and leads a global team in the design, development, implementation and support of the Lemongrass Cloud Platform (LCP, formerly known as MiCloud), which companies are using to migrate and manage their SAP applications running on AWS. Prior to Lemongrass, Vince was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Product Management and Solution Architecture at Virtustream, a leading enterprise class Cloud company. Before that, he was Senior Manager in the Enterprise Architecture and SAP consulting practices at Adjoined Consulting, continuing in this capacity after Adjoined’s acquisition by Capgemini. Earlier in his career, Vince was with SAP in Walldorf, Germany, working on the development of the first version of the SAP Beverage industry solution, and he was a Global Supply Chain Architect at The Coca-Cola Company.

Lisa Desmond has 20+ years marketing business-to-business solutions, with a primary focus on technology solutions that drive business value and IT transformation. Lisa oversees Lemongrass’s Marketing including Digital, Field and Partner Marketing, Brand Identity and Corporate Communications. Prior to Lemongrass, Lisa led Marketing for Virtustream, a leading enterprise class Cloud company. Before Virtustream, Lisa was head of Marketing for Adjoined Consulting, a US-based management consulting, technology and outsourcing firm, through its acquisition by Kanbay in 2006. Lisa then became the Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications for Kanbay until it was acquired by Capgemini in 2007. Lisa continued with Capgemini as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Financial Services Business Unit.

With over 22 years of experience with SAP, Ben is a “first-generation” techy who grew up with a passion designing, building, and coding. He brings a wealth of knowledge to drive the “Automation First” strategy for migrating, operating, and innovating SAP on AWS. Before joining Lemongrass, Ben was Head of Cloud Architecture for SAP and a founding leader of SAP’s own private cloud business globally, building it from the ground up to become the second-largest Cloud business inside SAP working, across SAP’s global business. Prior to that, Ben held SAP Consulting leadership roles inside Capgemini, HP and HCL AXON running a variety of SAP specialist and pre-sales teams across a diverse range of industries. Before that, Ben was an Enterprise Architect for Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol company, where he led an extensive set of SAP transformation programs.

Joe has over 35 years of experience in technology and is responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities to grow the business and enhance our competitive position. Before joining Lemongrass, Joe was with Ness Digital Engineering where he was the Global Head of their Cloud practice. Prior to that, he was with Capgemini for 24 years with his last position being Global Chief Technology & Innovation Officer – Cloud Services. Joe has been working with SAP technology since 1992 (he was the third SAP certified Basis engineer in the US), and with AWS since 2005.

A seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience, Carolyn has led the strategic development, execution and management of global human resource teams for organizations ranging in size from small, private startups to large, public Fortune 500 firms. Before joining Lemongrass, Carolyn was Head of Human Resources at Octo Consulting Group where she automated HR processes, improved on-boarding and care programs, supported enhanced employee engagement and was a critical leader to M&A activities. Prior to that, Carolyn was Global Vice President of Human Resources for Virtustream where she defined recruiting strategies, implemented an HRIS system, led Culture and engagement programs and initiatives, created HR policies and best practices, built a strong global talent acquisition team and was instrumental in the organization’s scale through organic growth and M&A initiatives.

With 15+ years of experience developing a strong Business Technology interfacing capability, Kieran leads the Lemongrass Development Team in Mobility, Integration, and Cloud Automation and is the Architect of the Lemongrass Cloud Platform (LCP). Kieran is also responsible for the strategy of the Lemongrass Products division in charge of aligning development with the rapidly changing Cloud and SAP world. Prior to Lemongrass, Kieran was a Pre-Sales Consultant for iQlink where he helped sell and deliver many supply chain solutions centered around Mobility, User Experience (UX) and Integration. Before that, he was an SAP Business and Technical Specialist for Gesix where he successfully completed an IS -Retail implementation.

Paul has over 22+ years of experience in deploying and managing infrastructure implementations and applications, including Security, Network, Desktop, Server, SAN, High Availability, Virtualization, Archiving, Disaster Recovery and Cloud solutions. At Lemongrass, Paul oversees the Infrastructure and Security capability. During his 6 year tenure with the company, Paul has ensured the delivery of a secure and stable platform for Lemongrass and its customers. Before Lemongrass, Paul worked in various technical and leadership roles at Universal Music Group, Capgemini, Transport for London and BBC Worldwide.

Chris Calver, Lemongrass’s EVP of Global Project Delivery, has over 25 years of experience working in a variety of customer-facing delivery centric leadership roles. Chris has built a reputation for his results-orientated democratic leadership style, employee and customer-centricity, data-driven operational excellence, and his ability to deliver challenging and complex engagements. Prior to Lemongrass, Chris was at Axon Group which was acquired by HCL in 2011. At HCL, he was responsible for their 6000+ person Global SAP Delivery Practice. Before that he was with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he started his consulting career.

Matt is a passionate entrepreneur and Cloud services industry leader with more than 20+ years of Enterprise technical experience. He has specialized in global application management & delivery services, virtualization optimization, innovation and automation. Prior to Lemongrass, Matt was EVP of Cloud Cover Services and SVP of Product Development for Virtustream, a leading enterprise class Cloud company, where he was responsible for revolutionizing and driving the vision and integration of true hybrid operational automation, orchestration, and innovation across the cloud services eco system. He is also an active Member of the Board of Advisors for several innovative Technology organizations.

With more than 30 years in the technology services industry, Chairman of the Board Rodney Rogers is recognized as a successful serial entrepreneur and expert technologist. He is known for his leadership contributions in the realization of Virtustream and Adjoined/Kanbay, two back-to-back startups that achieved billion-dollar valuations. Today, Rod operates as a founding partner of the Blue Lagoon Companies. Blue Lagoon, through its various entities, develops, advises, and invests in disruptive technology startups and next-generation technology companies. Rod currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Lemongrass Ltd., UnitedLex, Inc. and Bestmile S.A., as Lead Board Director for Beep, Inc., and as a Board Director for Revenue Analytics, Inc. and agrematch Ltd. Rod previously served on the Board of New Signature, Inc. prior to its sale to Cognizant in 2020. Rod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. Rod and his wife Judith are the establishers of the Rodney & Judith Rogers Entrepreneurial Excellence Endowment for the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business, and Rod serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Florida’s Innovate Ventures Fund. In 2020, Rod was awarded the University of Florida’s prestigious Distinguished Alumnus Award in recognition of his “achievements, demonstrated service, and exceptional leadership.

Kevin Reid is a technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience creating software enabled solutions that deliver efficiency, enable innovation and drive superior financial results for enterprises worldwide. Today, he is a founding partner of the Blue Lagoon Companies, where he incubates, advises and invests in progressive technology companies that are disrupting and redefining their industries. Kevin’s own prior innovations have driven several successful venture capital exits, including two “unicorns”, startups that reach a $1 billion valuation. Kevin has been recognized consistently for his accomplishments including recently being named one of Black Enterprises’ 2018 most powerful African American executives in corporate America and was the joint recipient of Intel Capital’s Entrepreneur/Exit of the Year award with co-founder Rodney Rogers in 2015. Aside from his professional work, Kevin is also an active philanthropist. He founded The Blue Lagoon Foundation, an organization driven to continuously raise awareness and passively source funds for philanthropic programs including an initiative to help children in his native Jamaica further their educations and build brighter futures. Kevin graduated with an MBA from the University of Miami and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University.

John focuses on Internet Infrastructure and Enterprise IT Services investments. John is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Bandwidth IG, euNetworks, eX² Technology, Landways, Lemongrass, New Signature, Resilience 360, SummitIG, TerraPact, Vivacity Networks, and Wyyerd Group. John previously served on the boards of ICG Communications (acquired by Level 3), New Global Telecom (acquired by Comcast), Presidio (acquired by American Securities), GTS CE (acquired by Deutsche Telekom), mindSHIFT (acquired by Best Buy), FDN Communications (acquired by NuVox), Virtustream (acquired by EMC), Cologix (majority stake acquired by Stonepeak), Cloud Sherpas (acquired by Accenture), Contino (acquired by Cognizant) and Zayo (NYSE: ZAYO) and represented Columbia Capital’s interests in Mpower Communications (acquired by TelePacific). Before joining Columbia Capital, John worked in Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity Group, where he specialized in investments in the telecommunications/data services arena. He also held positions with Fidelity Ventures, the private equity division of Fidelity Investments, and the Investment Banking Division of Alex. Brown & Sons, Incorporated. John received his B.A. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jason focuses on investments in the Enterprise IT Services and Internet Infrastructure sectors. At Columbia, Jason serves on the Boards of 2nd Watch, Billing Platform, Lemongrass, Nisos, and previously served as a Director of Cloud Sherpas (acquired by Accenture), Contino (acquired by Cognizant) and SummitIG (acquired by SDC Capital Partners). Jason began his tenure as a principal investor in 2004 with Centennial Ventures. There, he was involved with Centennial’s services and technology investments in Zayo Group (NYSE: ZAYO), Compellent Technologies (NYSE: CML), New Global Telecom (acquired by Comcast), Market Force Information, and TensorComm. Prior to Centennial, Jason was a product manager for Level 3 Communications. Jason started his career at QualNet (acquired by Verio), a start-up provider of Internet infrastructure for mid-sized enterprises. Jason received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.

David has a proven track record of success at high-growth, venture-backed technology firms. He was the COO of Adjoined Consulting, a management consulting and technology services firm, which was acquired first by Kanbay and subsequently by Capgemini in 2007 and later the CEO of Cloud Sherpas, a cloud consultancy acquired by Accenture in 2015. Currently, he is on the Board of ModuleQ, an AI solutions firm, OSF Digital, a leading Global Platinum Salesforce Digital Commerce Partner, and is the Chairman of the Board for Rising Tide Digital, a holding company established by Columbia Capital, a venture capital firm, to invest in disruptive supply chain technologies. David also served on the board of Contino prior to their recent acquisition by Cognizant.
